"The door lock kept jamming every time we opened it. The AC unit was hard to control. The room was either too hot or too cold. The water pressure was terrible in the sink and toilet. We asked to have the room cleaned and we were told it had to be requested at check-in. We had to get our own clean towels from the cart in the hall. Very disappointed in our stay. "

"Parking was very easy. The staff was exceptional and quick to help with any issue. Finding the hotel was simple and there was no thick traffic in and out. Very convenient location. Hotel was booked because of a concert and soccer tournaments, yet still a very quiet stay. Would definitely book again when in the area!"
