"Small but very clean and comfortable room. On second floor so lots of stairs with luggage, but bed very inviting! Clean white sheets and duvet, 3 pillows, slept great!"

"You need to be conscious of what you are paying vs expectations. I stayed one night because next day I was going on a cruise. Super friendly and helpful staff, great shuttle service, breakfast was ok. Many people give low ratings because they want to pay cheap and expect 5 stars, Alaska is expensive and mostly during cruise season. Understanding the above… then this is a good hotel for your money. If you are staying more than 1-2 nights I would recommend a different place if you want to enjoy amenities etc. but dont expect luxury if you are not willing to pay top $$$."
