"Property was nice and had some good views. I enjoyed the walking path outside of the hotel. The studio room was okay, pretty standard besides the kitchenette. Would have been nice if the view wasn’t blocked by a tree. Would have given 5 stars if there was breakfast or even just coffee or water somewhere onsite. "

"We stayed at this property for two nights in July 2024. Tahoe had been experiencing a heat wave, so I wanted to cancel a week before arriving. Karen (the owner) made it clear that wasn't allowed. This property doesn't have air conditioning and is very old and dated. In our particular townhouse the sink in the bathroom didn't drain well, upstairs floor is very noisy when walked on, rooms did get very warm and uncomfortable despite the 70 degree weather. The street noise was annoying as big trucks...
