"Rooms were clean and comfy. There were plenty of places nearby to shop and/or eat. The pool was super close to the condo, we only had to cross the street. The beach was accessible and either a 5 minute drive or 15-20 minute walk, take your dogs too. Only negatives I had were the lack of kitchen utensils for cooking and there were no extra blankets for the beds if you got chilly. "

"This is absolutely wonderful hidden gem! Quiet, very clean, tastefully decorated, convenient location, and walk to beach (we did everyday sometimes twice!). A little confusing about non refundable deposit to get entrance code at start, but small bump in road for what you get for price you pay! Thank you for one of, if not the best, places I've ever stayed, for the money!! Thank you!!!"

"Location was ideal as we were about 1/2 mile from public access to ocean, an Aldi’s and a WalMart. About 1/2 mi in other direction was a Publix and Beall’s and other shopping. There were restaurants within walking distance and about 1 mile to restaurants in Melbourne. Unit was clean with plenty of towels, paper products and trash bags to accommodate a 4 week stay. View of small pond and the swimming pool from our deck. Although comfortable, the unit could use some TLC. All 4 chairs around...
