It is modern, with a comfortable bed, a hot shower with good water pressure, fast Wifi, a responsive host, and on-site caretakers who are always available. Having an outdoor area to sit and enjoy the fresh air was wonderful. We didn’t use the fire pit, but it looked nice. "Remember that this is a inner-city location and activity on the streets will be noisy until early mornings. Roof might be a fun place to sleep if you're not scared of bugs, etc. Sanborn's restaurant is 1 block down from the side of the block and is great. Eat there, don't shop. Close to everything. We stayed during Day of the Dead. Attentive & polite owners."
