Stunning Studio with Harbor Views - Downtown Historic District

"We thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to Bristol. It’s a small community with friendly people. Our stay at the Stunning Studio was only a short drive to restaurants and around the corner from Jules Ice Cream in the evenings and walking distance to The Ocean Diner for breakfast, an old fashioned typical small diner with reasonable prices and friendly faces, both employees and the owner, Lorraine, who manages and cooks! The Studio has views of the bay and boats, everything was spick ‘n span, uncluttered and functional, light wood floors from the entrance foyer downstairs up 2 flights and throughout the studio, and a comfortable queen bed. TV was fine to watch from the couch. We didn’t visit Bristol to watch TV. You’re 30-45 minutes from Newport, Providence and the beautiful coastline of the enormous Narragansett Bay with all it has to offer."

"We absolutely love staying at this cottage in Bristol and always look for availability when we plan to visit family just a short walk down the street. The related living set up is perfect for a family or relatives to share a space. We love the outside patio and yard for a quiet morning or for having pizza/grilling in the afternoon. Jay keeps things working and Sandy keeps things immaculate inside. Bristol is an awesome town to visit and it is lucky to have this property!"

"Perfect location for a wedding across the street at Linden Place. The host was easy to work with and very responsive. The rooms are large with plenty of space to gather and a nice large deck out back, although the deck surrounding is a bit industrial with large fans from the cafe below. That same cafe has a great breakfast and coffee menu, so highly recommend. It can get quite noisy as the location is amid the hustle of the town and next to the Post Office so the sound of mail carriers rolling large mailcarts from the building to their vehicles out back is louder than anyone would expect early in the am. Plan to sleep in eye masks if light bothers you because the lights surrounding the area are bright all night and the plastic mini blinds provide privacy but don’t block the light. Top rating for location, ample space and cleanliness!"

"This sweet little house is clean, beautiful, laid out well for a small family or a group of friends and in an excellent location! We spent 3 nights here for our son's graduation from RWU and in our downtime we loved sitting on the small, covered porch watching the water and the activity on the East Bay Bike Path and leaving for bike rides and walks right from the house. The kitchen had everything that we needed (we didn't make large meals but I think it would be fine for that, as well), there were plenty of dishes and even adequate table space for the 6-person rental. Jontay was an excellent host - communicated in a timely manner and was helpful with any questions that came up. I can't recommend this little gem enough and we can't wait to come back! Thanks for the amazing stay in Bristol, Jontay!"
