"This place was a nice respite for our American mission team of 8 people. A few of our rooms had problems with the bathroom facilities but the maintenance manager was quick to try to fix the issues. One of us was given a room change because the issue could not be fixed quickly and that was also very much appreciated to be given a new room with everything in working order. "Beautiful property. Very friendly and helpful staff. We mistakenly took the air-conditioning remote from the previous hotel and the B hotel’s front desk was very helpful to mail it back to the other hotel. Hot tub could’ve been a bit warmer but other than that excellent day."

Love our stay

"We absolutely loved staying here, the view overlooking Taal was breathtaking, both at bedtime and upon waking. It would have been perfect if there were stools and a small table on the balcony to fully enjoy the scenery, but that’s a minor detail. The staff were exceptional… always welcoming us with a smile, thoughtful, respectful, and willing to go the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. I highly recommend this place! Rooms on the 7th floor and above offer a clear, unobstructed view of Taal. We’ll definitely be back. The bathroom was clean and spacious, and we appreciated the mini fridge, microwave, and kettle. We even borrowed cutlery and small plates so we could celebrate my mum’s birthday with cake, such a nice touch! Oh and let me mention the Breakfast here- it’s worth the price. Delightful everyday with so much selection. It caters to both Filipinos & western taste. So close to great restaurants like BalayDako, RSM & the famous Starbucks overlooking Taal. The hotel itself has a passage to go to a smaller Starbucks & shopping mall beside it. So convenient. Loads of parking space. Highly recommend this place to family & friends "

"we only stayed overnight coming from a late arrival from the airport, the staff was amazing they were very friendly, polite and courteous from the security guard, front desk, restaurant crew, pool attendant and the cleaners. kudos to all the team, We felt vary welcome and being look after and cared for. Will be back again the next time."
