Great location great service. The airport shuttle is not everyday

Very convenient and comfortable

When we arrived near the end of time the kitchen was open, they arranged for our bags to be brought to our room and brought us directly to a table in the bar so we got to order in time. The concierge ordered a taxi for our early morning departure the next day and was very helpful. Everyone we met was nice. The room was clean and had a nice shower. Wish we stayed here longer.

This is one of the best hotels I've stayed in the UK (and I've been staying at quite a few 5 star hotels). The staff was professional, friendly, and accomodating. They def pay attention to details and ensure we have the best experience. Even provided me some of the best local recs and I was quite impressed (and this is coming from a foodie like me)

Everything was great! Room was clean and comfortable. Bus station from airport and to city center just in front of hotel! Great morning buffet and dinner was good!

Ellie, the receptionist, was AMAZING. We arrived at the hotel exhausted and frustrated due to getting lost and other reasons not involving the hotel. I was not very nice when we arrived and irritated about not finding the parking lot. Lovey, kind, and helpful Ellie took care of us. She went above and beyond to comfort us and make us comfortable. She even exited the hotel and personally took me to the parking lot!!! God bless you Ellie for a wonderful stay.

We stayed at The Raeburn for one night on a recent trip to Edinburgh but wish we could have stayed a few more! The room was huge with lovely woodwork and a marble bathroom (the fixtures were top-notch with a huge tub, huge shower, double sink, and towel warmer). Our king-sized bed was very comfortable and there was also a large flat-screen TV. The elevator made it easy to get to our room and there was parking on-site. The staff was friendly and helpful. Check in was smooth. No lift but successful in lugging 30+kg. suitcase up & down 3 flights of stairs. Room was impeccably clean. Room safe was difficult to access due to its position on floor of closet and tendency to entrap tiny objects in door which forced me to call for help. Batteries were dead in safe but replaced after 1 day's wait. Shower and tub excellent. Wonderful array of amenities. Hotel has stopped supplying slippers. Miss them. This place feel like the heart of Edinburgh, super easy to get around & very friendly staff..Highly recommend it..

Staff was friendly. The hotel was clean and comfortable.

We had one night here in preparation for an early flight. It took us 12 minutes to walk from the hotel to the airport check in - though everyone kept overtaking us and I suspect most people took about 5 minutes. The staff at reception who booked is in and out were lovely and helpful. The girl who booked us in was very kind helping me with some issues with apps on my phone. The room was very clean and with all facilities that we required. Very comfortable bed. Fun quirky decorative features...

Beautiful area

Everything I could have hoped for and more. Perfect location, beautiful room, extra friendly staff, clean and quiet. LOVED our stay here.

The only downside to this property really was the lack of air conditioning. It was extremely humid when we were there and no way to remove the humidity from the room. But it wasn't hot or anything, so not a big deal. The staff was super nice, the breakfast was great, everything worked well. I especially loved how declining service came with a perk or a charity donation.

Overall, and excellent hotel. Only thing we didn't like was the shower. It's some sort of modern design and you there's no sliding door, there's no shower curtain, so it's hard not to get water all over the floor.
