Good size rooms, comfy beds, huge TVs. Very convenient and close to trains. Staff was nice and 2 different staff asked us if we'd like our room cleaned. Hotel offers nice amenities like free water, juice, drink mix, and a few snacks.

It was close to Incheon Airport, which was convenient. But the room felt dirty and not pleasing. The bathroom especially. Have to pay extra money for basic things like SOAP and toothbrushes. Not expensive, but should come with price of hotel stay. There's a beam in the middle of the room.

部屋に入るとタバコの臭いが充満していて息をする度口の中までヤニ臭くなり気持ち悪くなったのでフロントに部屋を変えて欲しいと頼んだが私が出かけてる間お香みたいなのをたくので部屋の交換は無理だと言われた 出先から帰って部屋に入ると少し臭いが消えていたが布団の中まで臭いがしみ込んでで寝るのも嫌だった それにエレベーターを降りて廊下を歩いていくのだけど廊下が暗すぎてラブホみたいだった 部屋の中は暗く照明がそれ以上明るくならないのでカーテンを開けたが隣はすぐ横にビルが立っていてカーテンを開けるのもできなかった 部屋が暗いのは閉じ込められてる感覚になって気分が悪かった 最終日の真夜中1時半過ぎ頃からドタドタと大きな音がしてその後隣の部屋かはわからないけどカラオケをしてる歌声が聞こえて夜中にホテルでカラオケなんて今まで聞いたことがなくびっくりして当分うるさくて寝られなかった 私が思うにこのホテルは元々ラブホで一般の宿泊客も入れてるんだろうなと感じた 何度も言うけどカラオケはないでしょ 二度と泊まりたくないです こんなホテルなのに画像は素晴らしく映っていて騙された 画像に騙されて素敵なホテルだと思って高くても予約したのに本当にボッタクリのホテルです ラブホ感覚で泊まりたい人なら宿泊もOKなのでは？

カジュアルでフレンドリーな雰囲気で、チェックインの際のスタッフの方は日本語で応対してくれました。部屋は広くて清潔でした。シャワーは水量も温度も十分で、トイレには温水洗浄便座があります。室内にマッサージチェアもありました。冷蔵庫には無料の水やバナナ牛乳があって、ポットもあるのでコーヒーやラーメンも作れます。ちょっとした食べ物やスナックはフロント前で売っています。

시설은 2성급 이상, 하지만 서비스는 향상 필요.

호캉스 즐기기 위해 2박 예약하고 갔는데 체크인부터 문제가 있었습니다. 연박이지만 이튿날에 12시에 체크아웃해서 5시에는 나갔다가 다시 입실을 해야한다고 안내해주시더군요. 2박을 예약해서가는데 중간에 고객이 원하지 않더라도 무조건 체크아웃 시간에 방을 비웠다가 오후 5시에 다시 들어오라니까 황당할 수 밖에 없었습니다. 말도 안되는기에 계속 따졌지만, 직원분께서 호텔 규정상 어쩔 수 없다하시고, 더군다나 체크인할 당시 Reception에 직원분이 3분이나 계셨는데 아무도 이부분을 이상하게 여기지 않으시기에 정말 말도 안되지만 호텔 규정상 어쩔 수 없나보다 싶어 체념하고 체크인을 하긴 했습니다. 이에 대해 공지사항에 언급되있지도 않고, 사전 안내라는 것도 전혀 없었기에 hotels.com에 컴플레인하던 도중 체크인 도와주셨던 직원분이 잘못 안내해드렸다고.. 연박하시면 중간에 방 비우지않고 계속 사용해도된다고 다시 안내해주시더군요. 진심으로 여러번 사과하셨기에 더 이상 기분나쁜 것 없이 잘 쉬다왔습니다. 최근에 새로 생긴 호텔인진 모르겠는데, 호텔 전체적인 디자인도 너무 세련됬고, 시설이 심플하면서 깨끗하고 좋았습니다.
