Convenient and affordable

Good studio for a night or two. However bathroom is outdated and water links when you shower. Great indications from owner to find the place and free 10 minutes shuttle from T1. Good wifi and comfortable beds

More than adequate for 1 nights stay. No check in, but excellent instructions provided by the property manager. Spacious room, with 2 queen beds, 1 single. Close to shuttle bus for the airport.

Communication from the house was good. While the room was nothing spectacular, and a little worn in places, it was spacious and comfortable, perfectly fine for what I was using it for. The price was very good too. I'll definitely be staying here next time I'm in Incheon.

All information and instructions to get to hotel and airport using free shuttle bus was extremely helpful. The detail explanation with pictures is amazing. The facility was a little outdated though. There are only 3 dining places in the building, however the foods were very tasty. I would highly recommend for a short stay nearby ICN airport.

One Night Stay

We stayed for one night as we needed to be at Incheon Airport quite early the next day. The condition was ok for the price we paid. The host was responsive and very helpful with directions and photos (Kakao Talk is required). The kettle was broken so we informed the owner. Although there is not much to do around, the place was very convenient to the airport (free shuttle bus is available).

The apartment is near the airport and easy to get to. We followed the instructions for the shuttle there and then took a taxi back to the airport. The area is good, lots of options for food around. The room itself was sadly run down and looked very different to the photos. The bedding was clean and although the bathroom had obviously been cleaned, as it was so run down it didn't feel so clean. My wife, kids and I slept well but overall we were disappointed by the quality compared to the photos and the price

Overall is good, staff is very kind and explained clearly. The room itself is old so the cleanliness is not that good, especially the drain is clogged so when I took a shower the whole toilet is flooded

Needs updating. The grout looked old and the bathroom discolored. Cabinets looked outdated. We enjoyed the heated mattress pads on the bed and the bed was firm. The bathroom made us feel dirty. It was too small, and we had to unclog the toilet. Was unable to use the airport shuttle because we were unable to find the QR code. Without the code, we were not able to communicate with the owner. The location was good near the airport, but the value was low for the price. You should stay further away in a nicer hotel. The cleaning staff was very nice when he knocked on the door at 9 and asked when we were leaving.

The good 1. Great location and accessible to Airport... 2. Good for an overnight connection or quick stay. 3. Great communication with staff and security codes. 4. Good price Not so good. 1. Room was warm evev with AC on. 2. Freezer needed defrost really bad 3. Bathroom floods when showering and in need of serious upgrade. Really outdated and unclean appearance.

Gogo house was very accessible and near the airport. 7-11 stores and restaurants are just walking distance. As specified on the website, rooms are on 8th floor but we were advised to use the room at 11th floor which we think looks different from the advertised photos. Walls and floor are stained. The room is OK for resting/sleeping 5 people but the air-conditioning doesn’t work. Fans, air cooler and heater are provided. Had to open the window for air circulation and to release some smell in the room. OK for overnight stay.

PRO: Super close to ICN, free shuttle available to/from the airport, room is spacious, quiet & clean; strong wifi, very helpful hotel contact (no check-in/service counter), has fridge/microwave in the rm, lots of fans in the rm, rm has a washer, toiletries available in the rm, lots of towels, convenience store/restos in the 1st floor. CON: Lodging is a semi-hotel/apartment-type, rm can get hot & AC are not adjustable, water tends to spill out of the shower when showering, bathroom is kind of small for 5 guests, beds are the hard-type which is not comfy for a soft-bodied American like me. RECOMMENDATION: Recommended for those who wants to stay close to the airport short or long term.
