"Loved our stay here. The staff were really friendly and it was so easy to get the free bus to and from the airport (even though we had to get to the airport at 6:30am. The room was very large and clean. We needed two rooms and the check in staff member was extremely helpful in making sure we got two rooms together. We didn't use the pool - we took swimsuits but you have to have a swim cap and we didn't. They sell them in the shop for about $9 each or you can just wear a baseball cap if you have one. Every interaction we had with hotel staff was first class. Would stay here again in a heartbeat."

"Great room and a wonderful price. I only used it as a one night layover until my next flight that I would definitely stay at this location again. The train station to get to the city and to the airport is literally right across the street. There is a lot of restaurants around here and a lot of things to do. Definitely a wonderful hotel and I would stay here for sure in the future."

"We arrived late, there is always a rep there to assist your needs. He provided much info before heading up, but for those who use “western” plugs to the outlet (not sure correct term) you might have to request it before going up. English was amazing and the room was quite large as well as the bathroom with a tub and a standing shower! I was surprised the city outside the hotel with so much to do! Upon checking out, staff were just as amazing. If you request for shuttle be sure to share that when checking in. You would get a call 10 mins prior to your shuttle to the airport and the driver although is quiet, but his driving and care for you getting in and off the van is all I needed to feel 10/10. I recommend as it is close to Incheon airport as well. Those who miss US breweries, Coffee Bean, 7-11, and Starbucks are right there. Those who want a bit of something from Local Koreans, you got BBQ, seafood, chicken and beer, and so much around"

"From the Incheon Airport, it took 25 minutes to get to the hotel by taxi. Otherwise, the ocean view is amazing and everything was clean. The receptionist was not so helpful, but that is a minor point. If staying overnight for connecting flights, this is recommended. We spent a day in Seoul."
