"I was very disappointed to see that you have revamped the entrance and reception areas since my last visit. You've taken away the wonderful sweeping staircase which led to a very open and pleasant bar area. What you've replaced it with is a downgrade to just any old entrance and bar. Neither my visiting friends or I were impressed by having 'accessible' rooms which were not needed, and in fcat my friend requested a room change."
