"The hotel is very clean and there are plenty of staff on hand to help, especially at reception. We were very well looked after and well fed. Our ocean view room was lovely and quiet and the beds were very comfortable. We loved all the water sports directly on the beach which were included. We never had to wait for any activities and all kit was provided. We enjoyed the complimentary water taxi up to Payne’s Bay where we saw turtles and a tarpon! The sea was clear and warm and the small beach at Waves well kept. Being brought lollies, melon and drinks on the beach was great. Thank you to all the staff for making our holiday so special. "

Food was amazing each and every day and never had a bad meal The people were amazing ....special note to Shane , Zack, Michelle at the bar who make the experience and the stories and conversation at the bar . "Wonderful time spent at Fairmont. Warm welcome from the moment we stepped on the property. Got a room upgrade and complimentary bottle of champagne to celebrate our anniversary. The cleaning staff kept the rooms well maintained and replenished the water daily. Ate in the Taboras restaurant and daily breakfast. Great choice and very good food. Beach lovely and clean, crystal clear waters. Relaxed, friendly vibe. Highly reccomend the Fairmont Royal Pavilions "
