"We arrived from Antalya feeling tired around 11:30 AM, yet the room wasn't ready until 1:45 PM. A hotel with a prestigious reputation should have rooms available to accommodate guests in such situations. Furthermore, no service was offered while we sat waiting in the armchairs. I find this unacceptable."

"Beautiful hotel if you want to spend your time peacefully!! Gorgeous terrace with amazing views. The breakfast was so delicious with lots of variety of food. If you looking for more actions and nice hikes you need to be in Göreme Taxi ride need to Goreme about 400 to. Is not far about 5 k but unfortunately not so recommended to walk. You need to take a taxi. . We did some nice hike near by the town,(very small town) couple stores and restaurants. You can climb the castle ( but not all the way up) We also found on the street a nice home restaurant. It was located on the second floor and the lady turned her room to seating area for guests and she was cooking and preparing the food in her kitchen ( nice experience) name iof the restaurant is: GüNDOĞUMU cafe& Restaurant ."

"Perfectly located , had all the amenities we needed. Staff friendly and helpful and an amazing spot for the Balloon watching. Food really good and pool was great on hot days when you didn't tour around. Would recommend to anyone but it is on a hill so some walking if you go by foot."

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this cave hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cappadocia. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. A special thank you to Rose at the reception, who was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly kind, warm, and attentive, and she made sure everything was taken care of throughout our stay. Her hospitality and friendly personality truly made our experience even more memorable. The entire staff was exceptional and always happy to help. They assisted us with arranging airport transfers, tours, and answered every question we had with patience and a smile. Everything was organized perfectly, allowing us to relax and enjoy our trip without any stress. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and full of character. Staying in a cave hotel was such a unique experience, and our room was comfortable, well maintained, and very peaceful. The authentic atmosphere made our stay feel truly special. Breakfast each morning was delicious, with a wonderful variety of fresh Turkish dishes. It was the perfect way to start each day before exploring Cappadocia. We are so grateful to Rose and the entire team for their outstanding hospitality and genuine kindness. They made us feel at home from beginning to end and helped create unforgettable memories. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and hope to return one day. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cappadocia."
