"The bedding cover was terribly stained. The carpet has an old smell. Staffers were very kind and helpful. Location can be difficult if you push a heavy luggage from train stain to the hotel. There is free shuttle to airport, better with reservation. "

"This is an older hotel, but is very conveniently located close to Narita Intl Airport and they have a free shuttle. This is an unusual amenity in Japan, but extremely useful. The other properties we stayed at on our journey did not have this available. The rooms are spacious, supplies in bathroom, coffee shop & restaurant on 1st floor as well as a small 7/11 convenience store. Plenty of restaurants nearby as well. Free shuttle to/from train station and town as well."
