"The staff was very nice! They didn’t really speak english, but it was easy to communicate with them. The location is nice and the room was very authentic and pretty! The breakfast was nothing that we expected. It was awesome!! When staying here, you must eat breakfast here. Not an american style breakfast! The food was EXCELLENT. The outdoor onsen was my fave. I would stay here again despite the smokey room - just make sure you request a non-smoking room!"

"We stayed at the hotel as a family of 5 adults plus 1 infant. The hotel was as described on the website with baby-friendly amenities and quiet environment. The staffs were friendly and nice to kids. The food was amazingly good but it has a little portion of many different dishes so all of us weren't able to finish (sadly). The onsen was perfect for all of us to relax after a long day travel. "

"This Ryokan does not do food of any kind. Inaccurate description on expedia. It is close to everything in the area.. Yukatas provided are quite small. Onsen is small but adequate. Bit wear and tear but expected for old building. Staff where polite and helpful. "
