"I love staying at this hotel! It's great to have a 7-Eleven, laundry room, and the onsen facilities in the building. They are very organized when it comes to guest check-in, baggage storage, and checkout. However, because the hotel is so large and has many guests, you always have to wait a long time for the elevators. This becomes especially tricky at checkout time when you all need to depart before 10am. The elevators will get clogged up. You have to go to the upper floors to then go down to...

"The hotel in general was really good clean, big rooms, good location etc. however, only thing I will criticise is the elevator system which is very poor. You can be in that elevator for 10 mins by the time you get to the 1st floor because it stops at every floor."

"I was very happy with my stay! The beds were comfortable, the location was perfect and easy to find, and the customer service was excellent. The staff were especially helpful and accommodating when I needed to extend my stay, which I really appreciated. My only complaint is that the air vents in the room were quite dirty and could use a thorough cleaning. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would like to thank the staff for their kindness and assistance"
