"We totally live 8 nights. The staffs are very nice and helpful. There is airport bus stop in front of the hotel. The hotel helped us store the luggage’s by free of charge during we visited Kyoto. However their Gym room is charged."

"Had a great stay here for our 3 week trip! Got the superior deluxe rooms which are pretty spacious, the staff are lovely and the hotel is nice. Location is perfect - close to Okubo station and the yamanote line Shin-Okubo station. Carpet in my room did have some stains on, but the soles of my slippers didn't get dirty as I walked round it so it is clean. The only thing I noticed was that there was dust gathering in the aircon vents. These were minor though and I would really recommend staying here."
