"This place is very cute! It's not your typical hotel. It was a built in the 1930s, so the rooms and bathrooms are smaller and the hallways narrow. It is clean, quiet, and the front desk was very nice. The only thing we can remotely complain about is when they are full, the parking lot is a tight squeeze, but that is to be expected in Chula Vista so it has nothing to do with how great this place is! "My teenage son and I loved Barb’s place. It was perfect! The amount of space was just right. The location was fantastic! Easy access to the freeway and we seemed to be 20-25 minutes, at most, from most major SD attractions. Barb supplied body wash, shampoo/conditioner, hair dryer, bath towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, toilet paper, trash bags, and even had water and snacks. This was so thoughtful and convenient since most guests are flying in and not able to bring all of those...

"It is such a cozy and perfect place for a couple getaway. The space was clean, tidy and welcoming. The hosts kept to themselves for the most part and were very nice. Finding the entrance was easy as well. It would probably be good as the guest for us to bring our own utensils and bowls. Overall a very wonderful experience!"
