Toller Urlaub in der Vorsaison 2023

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und es war alles TOP in Ordnung. Ganz genau wie es die Bilder gezeigt haben. Die Schlüsselübergabe vor Ort lief reibungslos. Die nette Dame konnte auch gut deutsche sprechen und hat uns alles gut erklärt. Auch ein paar gute TIPS für den Aufenthalt vor Ort hatte sie parat. Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist in der Tat etwas eng. Für geübte Autofahrer aber kein Problem. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Ich kann die Unterkünft sehr weiter empfehlen.

Die Wohung ist zu 100% wie auf den Bildern

Die Lage der Wohnung mit diesem Blick ist wunderschön. Auch die Zufahrt und das Parken war uns mit unserem VW Sharan möglich. Es ist zwar eng aber machbar. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und die Frau von der Schlüsselübergabe war sehr nett und kann auch recht gut deutsch sprechen. Wir reisten als fünfköpfige Familie mit Kindern im Alter von 8, 13 und 15 Jahren. Ein Treppenfußweg beginnt direkt am Parkplatz und man gelangt relativ zügig zum Strand und Hafen. Der Bahnhof ist zu Fuß in ca. 45 Minuten

Unsere Erwartungen waren aufgrund der tollen Bilder hoch und wurden voll erfüllt. Habe noch keine besser ausgestattete Küche in einer Ferienwohnung gesehen. Mehrere deutschsprachige Reiseführer vorhanden. Das Auto haben wir aufgrund der steilen Straße oft lieber stehen lassen. Der Fußweg in die beiden Ortskerne von Imperia ist etwas lang (Rückweg steil), für gesunde Erwachsene aber in Ordnung. Die Verwalterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen.

Traumhafte Ferienwohnung!

In der modern eingerichteten und voll ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung lässt es sich gemütlich wohnen ohne die Einschränkungen im Komfort die man von sonstigen Fewos in Italien (leider) gewohnt ist. Erholung ist garantiert. Der Ausblick auf den Jachthafen und das Mittelmeer ist toll! Die letzten 500 m der Anfahrt sind kurvig und eng. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. Stock eines - nun ja - älteren Wohngebäudes mit einem entsprechend alten aber noch funktionstüchtigen Aufzug.

Wundervolle Wohnung

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung mit toller Aussicht. In der Unterkunft war alles vorhanden was wir benötigten um einen unvergesslichen Urlaub zu erleben. Die Übergabe mit... war problemlos und sehr freundlich. Die Lage und auch der Ort waren für uns genau richtig. Wir freuen uns schon jetzt auf eine weitere Reise nach Imperia und diese Wohnung.

Super Wohnung, neu renoviert. Skandinavian Style. Alles sehr stimmig. Traumblick beim Frühstück auf dem Balkon über das Mittelmeer. Fussläufig alles, was man an täglicher Infrastruktur braucht. Ebenso der Strand. Und top ausgestattete Küche für alle, die gern kochen. Geheimtipp.
