"Wonderful stay. Stayed here for 5 nights and had a wonderful time. Property is beautiful, lots of animals (cats, turtles, sheep, bunnies, chickens) which was fun for my daughter. Beautiful breakfast with items the make/grow from the farm. Fresh cheeses, yougart, eggs, baked items. Also enjoyed a dinner at the property, also with delicious wine and olive oil made on site. Pool was lovely, great temperature and overlooks the beautiful scenery. Staff were so friendly and Paolo was very helpful...

"Masseria Minnuni is a delightful, authentic stay in an agricultural area close to Conversano and Polignano al Mare (for beaches and grottoes). The rooms are modern and spotlessly clean, the breakfasts are outstanding (local produce, fresh, delicious and generous- see photo) and the host/owner Francesco is possibly the best host I’ve ever encountered. "We had an amazing week at Masseria Salamina. The castle grounds were incredible and service was top notch. Food and wine at dinner was excellent. Plenty of room for our family with a great pool area to relax. We will definitely be visiting again. "

"Free parking and quite farm environment. except the broken shower spray and towel hangers, overall reasonable facility. I love their fresh breakfast menu. We were impressed with the vaulted ceiling and wooden window panel. Comparing the room rate, we were satisfied."

"the house is very pleasant, very clean and functional for families. It is located in quiet nature and ideally located for various visits. The caretaker is very friendly and gives good advice. Great stay!"

"I really loved the customer service. Everyone at this hotel was very helpful, understanding and informative. The only thing I didn’t like was that it was away from restaurants or the city and the beach was still a little far given that we didn’t have a car. It wasn’t at a walking distance. However, the shuttle was available to get to the city. "
