"I have stayed here before. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are large, beds are comfortable. The fitness room was well stocked with towels and disinfectant wipes. It would be nice to have a water dispenser of some sort in there. The main issue is with the breakfast room. All the chairs are nasty. They are faux leather and every one is peeling badly. If you wear shorts, bits of the chair stick to your legs. Every chair needs replacing. Hard to believe this has not been addressed."

"We had a great stay at Extended Stay America Premier Suites – Fort Myers – Airport. The hotel is new, very clean, and well maintained. Our room was comfortable, and both the bathroom and the rest of the property were spotless. The hotel staff was amazing—very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The only suggestion I would make is for the hotel to consider installing soap, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers in the bathrooms. Since daily housekeeping is not provided, the small toiletries given at check-in are barely enough for one day, especially depending on the size of your family. Having dispensers would be much more convenient for guests staying multiple nights. Other than that, we had a very comfortable stay and were very pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel and the excellent service from the staff. I would definitely stay here again!"
