"Outside pool bar closes at 4:30-5pm with about 75-100 people at the pool and no more option to buy drinks/beverages. Sunset is around 7:30-8pm. Barside pool should be open until sunset and especially on a holiday weekend"

"Great price. The room smelled a little musky and the shades for the bedroom doors were missing so we had to use sheets for privacy. The rods were there but no curtains. Otherwise ok for a short stay."

"Just as a recommendation please the pool maintenance company has to do service after hours not during pool guest hours… we were in the pool and the pool guy made us get out of the pool for maintenance this is not fair for the guests"

"The rooms in buildings 1-3 are dated and dirty. Building 4 is reserved for timeshare members is the only building that is updated and clean. I was very disappointed in my stay this time as the rooms seem to have never been cleaned. The bed sheets were changed and the towles are clean but the colors in the bathroom and kitchen were black with accumulated dirt. It’s a shame because the pool area and public space were up-kept and clean. Seems like they only cater to owners, and it’s not cheap to stay so that shouldn’t be the case. This is a great resort but they need to make an effort and actually clean the rooms with water and disinfectant because it was pretty dirty."
