"The location is awesome, both tram and train across the way. Also, there are shops and restaurants right there. The room was tiny but extremely clean, and the bed was deliciously comfortable. The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful."

"Absolutely loved this hotel and location. We easily reached it by the Zurich HB train station and the above ground metro was steps away so you could get anywhere in minutes. Property is right next to the mall and numerous restaurants and groceries. The hotel was nicely appointed and super comfortable. Check-in was easy and our room was ready around noon so we were allowed early check in. Breakfast is expensive but delicious so nice for a treat but I’d rather eat something light from COOP store OR Fooby. We had complimentary mini bar at check in with one round of soda, water and beer for free. We had sandwiches and fries one night in the bar that was delicious. Definitely stay here if headed to Zurich!"

"Excellent location that is a walkable distance to two train stations and old town. Great price. Lovely balcony in room, and dint mind the shared bathrooms. It seemed as though no one else was even staying on our floor. Kind, friendly, and helpful staff. The three of us women felt completely safe walking from the train station to Saint George at 11:30pm. Highly recommended. "

"Awesome lakefront hotel Perfect for Lucerne stay"

"Stayed for only 1 night but would gladly stay for more if we were there for longer. We got to the hotel before check-in time and were accomodated instantly as they already had our room cleaned and ready early which was nice. The check-in clerk made sure we knew the differences between staying on one side of the building vs. the other side. There was a club/party nearby so we were made aware that one side is more susceptible to noise that night. We opted to stay on the quieter side and it was perfect. The room was a little tight in terms of space but for us as a couple it was fine. The lighting options in the room are pretty cool and are also controllable through a tablet; as is the television, curtains, blinds, and atmosphere of the room. The location was also nice and close to landmarks and sights as well as good restaurants. At checkout, the staff held our luggage for us for a few extra hours which was also nice and did not come at additional cost. Would stay here again."
