"We stayed at the house early in the new year, which is a very cold time in the mountains. Between the houses electric heaters and a well supplied fire, loads of bedding and several hours of sunshine a day on the roof, we did ok and were warm enough to enjoy the evenings inside. The hot water was not working brilliantly but the hosting neighbours brought us a big kettle to make water hot on the gas. The olive harvest was in full swing in the village & oil being pressed by mule locally every day....
