"We had a lovely relaxing stay for a week. Nothing was too much trouble for the friendly staff. We arrived late and were given a room with a stunning view across Marrakesh. In the morning we mentioned the a/c never actually cooled and the room was very hot. They took a look while we were out on return said we could try it, if it was still not working correctly they would show us another room. We were sad to leave the first room, but the next was as lovely in different ways, with the much needed...
