Sophia Luxury Suites

"We loved Sophia Suites!! We stayed in the Privilege suite and it was a really cool layout with lots of space for 4 people to sleep. It could even work for 5 (2 king beds and a twin bed in a private area). It was very clean. The only thing was a bit of lack of privacy, as the flying dress photoshoots happened right outside our room (this was fine for us though). On the upper level with the pool, it was more private. Vera was a WONDERFUL host!! She regularly checked in on us to make sure we were enjoying our stay and helped us book an amazing sunset boat cruise that we will never forget! She was very sweet with our kids, as well. The breakfast was great and a lot of food, delivered to our room. We enjoyed the pool overlooking the blue domes and caldera. It was a spectacular stay! Thank you Vera for your hospitality, we hope to come back again soon :)"

"Staff were amazing! So helpful and friendly. Breakfast had a great selection and open a long time. We dined one night at Bony Fish, the on-site restaurant, for dinner. The food was amazing and we enjoyed beautiful sunset. Perfect location and amazing views of the Caldera!!"

"The hotel is set on various levels and can feel strange at first the pool and restaurants are over one part with other hotels in between its like a maze. Very helpful friendly staff room was excellent resort is hard to get to unless you walk or use taxis which can be expensive. The island is lacking a good local bus service. 2 miles to fira which is beautiful and a lovely walk along various paths and steps"

"The view of the hotel is more beautiful than the picture on the website. The staff is friendly, welcoming and so helpful. They offered breakfast as soon as we arrive, and although our check-in was scheduled for the afternoon, they allowed us to get in the room at 9 am. The staff is the best. They made you feel home and safe. Imerovigil town is just 10 minutes away through a walkable path with a beautiful view. The pool offers the best sunset you can ask away from the noisy Oia and Fira"
