"What a marvelous experience if you’re seeking a historic connection. Staff were very hospitable and helpful. The restaurant is excellent. I enjoyed my self-tour of the adjacent monastery that is part of Cusin. No heat but no problem given fireplaces and hot water bottles. Took in the Saturday market in nearby Otavalo - an engaging town to wander about."

"Mi primera vez en Ecuador y me alegró haber escogido éste lugar como destino por 2 noches. El lugar es impresionante de hermoso y con ambiente familiar. Lo que más hizo del lugar uno perfecto fué su personal, súper amables, atentos y la comida riquísima. El detalle que me cautivó fué su disposición Sus animales, los perros y el gato súper cariñosos. Me encantó la experiencia y volvería a quedarne muchas veces más. Muy recomendado!"
