We had a small double room and the carpet was stained. The reception staff were friendly and competent.

Rakuten STAY HOUSE WILL STYLE Saga Imari
The checkin process was super simple. They have a tablet in the unit that you use to communicate to their agents. The agents spoke English which made everything that much easier. They answer the tablet everytime and quickly. Wish they had a bathroom upstairs.

Hotel Nikko Huis Ten Bosch
We enjoyed our 2 night stay. The large bath has some issues with being clean...maybe it is just old. Breakfast has a lot of choices, but half is Japanese style. The room was comfortable.

【改善してほしいところ】 ・ゴミの分別がわからない人もいるかと思った。「燃えるゴミ・リサイクルゴミ・不燃ゴミ」としか書いてなかったが、「瓶・缶・ペットボトル」それぞれどこにどうやって捨てるかも記載してほしい。 ・皿は茶碗系が無くて、平皿の大きさ違いが3種類あった。フライパン、鍋が豊富にあって良かった。鍋敷きがない。 ・キッチンのタオル掛けがほしい。洗い物をした後に手を拭くタオルをかけられない。 ・音が響く。リビングが2階にあり階段が吹き抜けのようになっていて、下の部屋まで音が響きやすい。 ・風呂自動運転をしたら、お湯が止まらず溢れてしまっていた。お湯をはる時は気をつけて見ておく。 ・机、椅子など至る所に角がたくさんあり、子どもがぶつかると怖いなと思った。 ...
