"You need to understand what is a capsule hotel. Even though it looks a bit weird, it does exactly what it is made for. Giving you a place to sleep, dry and clean. The commodities are shared by all the customers, so you have to expect some flaws. Not because of the staff… they were always vacuuming the carpet and answering all the customers but this place bring a lot of weird persons and some don’t clean after them. I really enjoyed that place."

"The staff were very attentive to any need. The location was great since it was closely located to the subways and buses. It was very clean. Also as someone who is over 6’1’ and 250 pounds I had no problem with the size of my cube. "

"The property was awesome! It required a bit of a walk to most public transportation, but was quiet as a result. Make sure to bring your own towels, and the breakfast is just one donut so you may need more fuel for a full day of walking around the city. "

"Great place for solo travers to stay. Good amenities and clean. While yes, you can hear everything that goes on around you, including alarms, snoring, and the train, they have free earplugs. The bedding is about the same hardness as a futon on a tatami. The only complaint is the stiffness of the pillow. Otherwise, the lockers are big enough for one backpack and one carryon. Be aware that you will not be able to access your pod or locker between 10AM-2PM due to cleaning. Overall, a great place to...

"Located in the downtown. Very easy access to the city center."

"Its small. Luggage stays at the bottom floor so you dont have access to it easily from the capsule area. Public bath so no privacy when showering whatsoever. Its your preference; I chose not to shower there. Rembrandt in shin-okubo is much larger and much more luxurious. Stay there instead."

"It's a capsule hotel. Surprisingly not claustrophobic. Clean and mostly comfortable. Wasn't too crowded when we were there (we got two pods). Everything was clean and easy. Worked great as a last night before flying out in the morning. Very convenient to get to Haneda airport - Yamanote line to the monorail"

"Once again, the staff was lovely, I can easily plug my Switch into the TV and the capsule are stuffy (but I have a fan, which makes it quite pleasant) and there's comfortable bedding. There's a lovely Family Mart just down the street and vending machines galore in the area. On the down-side, the building seems a bit run-down and the smell of smoke often drifts into the elevator. All in all, a good place to stay, when it's cheap (which seems to be 'pretty much always')."
