They are readily available and willing to help with any needs you may have. SM City is literally across the street from the hotel and a 7/11 in the building. I highly recommend InJap Tower Hotel. "

"The location is safe and not crowded. The Festive Walk Mall is a walking distance. We stayed during the Dinagyang Festival so the hotel’s atmosphere was very energetic! There was was live music at the dining areas. The pool area is relaxing and there was a dj spinning some cool tunes in the late afternoon to early evening. I will highly recommend staying at The Courtyard Marriott during this time of year. "
