"We loved the beautiful house and yard. It was a great place to hang out as a family. Lots of games and we had tournaments of bocce and ping pong. The tables inside and pool side were perfect for our family reunion of 8. The location to the amazing beach and colourful cliff walks were a short walk. The tapas restaurant and the fresh pastries from across the street were delicious. I hope to return. The owners were delightful and easy to get in touch with."

"I was impressed with the property initially, it was well equipped but lacked a milk jug and teapot. Also the internet was often unavailable.One of the biggest problem were the beds, far too low and the pillows were poorly filled and therefore uncomfortable.I had to go out and buy two new ones. The showers were extremely difficult to control and one was in great danger of being scalded. The shower cubicle downstairs was too small to turn around in as a result your body would inadvertently either...

"The bungalow and its grounds were spacious, well equipped for the heat, with options to have shade - very necessary when it was 33C! The pool was fantastic! We self-catered the whole of our stay - so found the kitchen to be very well equipped. Comfortable beds, sofas etc, with plenty of spare cushions, towels etc. The owner's father responded quickly to any queries we had. All in all, a lovely holiday! Thankyou, Humberto!"

"Absolutely fantastic property. Perfect for families with the gated pool. Host and management company were fantastic, the host couldn’t do enough for us. We will definitely return. We had the best 9 days here. Perfect location for exploring but also being out of the way a little. So easy in Ubers to get anywhere you want or on the little train. Nice restaurants in walking distance, coffee shop, spar for fresh bread etc. Thank you so much."

"Our group of 18 had an amazing time staying at the estate. The property was very clean and the kitchens were well-furnished with plenty of utensils and crockery. It is private and secluded, but just a stone's throw away from local amenities, restaurants and beaches. Fortunately, it is also in prime location for Ubers and taxis should you not have a car. Sean and Diana were both extremely accommodating and friendly, and made the booking and check-in process extremely easy. I would not hesitate to...

"Had a lovely stay in Cabanas in this traditional Portuguese house in a small town. Everything was within walking distance. Close to the boardwalk and ferry across Ria Formosa lagoon to the beach. Two wonderful terraces. Nicely decorated with artistic touches. We had a few issues that required us to contact the owner who responded immediately. Would recommend to others!"

"Heerlijk! Enorme tuin vol bloemen en veel zitjes overal. Op een plateau op een heuvel dus mooi uitzicht. Het huis is heel smaakvol en met ook voor de oorspronkelijke Portugese bouwstijl gebouwd. Heel ruim opgezet wat een vrij gevoel geeft. Ik vond het er heel fijn."

Noise from people passing by, restaurants in the immediate area and construction nearby could be heard in the front of the unit (living room and second bedroom). Front of the unit (master bedroom, kitchen, and decks) were relatively quiet. We would recommend this unit for 2 guests. "This was the perfect house to spend a lovely time with our kids and friends! Villa Laguna has everything you need, and more. Great outdoor area with a big pool and an exceptional view of a golf court. We had the most amazing grill evenings outside and just a great time! "Booked a studio apartment last minute for 3 nights. Smart hotel, good security. Very friendly staff. Lovely pools as well as an indoor pool. Comfortable outdoor area. Spacious well equipped room, we did end up in a disabled room despite full fitness! Did feel if you were disabled there was only a shower over the bath which was quite high to get into, not a problem for us though. Had a nice meal in the lovely restaurant. Good parking. "
