The Space:

This single-storey, two-bedroom cottage has a king-size room and a single with a pull-out bed, along with a bathroom and an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, and for entertainment there is a TV and WiFi. Note: Dryer and extra freezer space available in the communal blue shed. Outside, there is off-road parking for two cars and a Garden with a lawn, patio and furniture. Fuel, power, a starter pack for the woodburning stove, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Sorry, no pets and no smoking at this cottage. Find a shop in 2.8 miles, and a pub in 2.9 miles. Ash Cottage is a charming escape to lovely Devon. Note: The charging of electric cars is not permissible at the property. Please note: From June - September this property can only accept bookings starting on a Friday and Saturday and all bookings must be a minimum of 5 nights. Please note: Sunday arrivals are not accepted at the property.



The Neighborhood:

Combe Martin is where Exmoor National Park and North Devon AONB meet. This small seaside resort has all the necessary amenities, a popular beach, and its own Dinosaur Park. Combe Martin hosts the May Earl of Rone festival and an August carnival. Lynton and Lynmouth, Woolacombe, Croyde Bay, Saunton Sands, Ilfracombe, and Barnstaple are all nearby. Many National Trust properties and gardens await. Woolacombe has some of the best surfing in the South West, and the SWCP is nearby. Combe Martin is a great seaside getaway with something for everyone.
