House and garden close to beaches, fully equipped, comfortable at any season.

The house stands on the northern coast of Brehat island, close to the semaphore. One minute from the shore (baie de la Corderie), ten minutes away from a variety of safe beaches. The area provides multiple possibilities for walks through the moors, and footpaths leading to spectacular landmarks.
The house was entirely renovated in 2008.
Entrance for coats and shoes.
Kitchen totaly equipped (sink, dishwashing machine, stove and oven, refrigerator, linen washing machine) tiled.
Lounge with wood stove couch, armchairs and boudoir with couch and armchairs. Wood floors, carpets, books, screen for films and music, cds and dvds at disposal, decoration. Very bright. Electric heating.
2 bedrooms with each shower, basin, toilet, wood floor and walls, each with direct access to the garden:
the first with 2 twin bed and a small bed for a child (under 4)
the second with a large bed (140 X 190),
Electrical heating in each room and bathroom.
In the garden: table, chairs, deck armchairs, barbecue, shelter for your bicycles, toys for children.
You are close to several beaches, 20 minutes on foot to the village (shops, restaurants, bars).
Bicycles can be rented near the entrance harbour.

This charming gite was such a pleasure to stay in, and Denis is such a wonderful and attentive host, that I almost don't want to advertise because I would love for it to stay available for the next time we visit Brehat. The cottage is definitely as described and represented, set on a lovely and spacious garden site, in a fantastic location on the island. We rented bikes (using a discount provided by Denis) and were able to ride everywhere around the island within minutes, without having to deal with the daily ferry traffic. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone visiting the island. We had a wonderful stay and would be thankful to stay here again in the future!

Super séjour sur l île de Brehat chez Denis et Annegret qui sont des personnes très accueillantes et sympathiques . La maison est adorable et le jardin magnifique. Emplacement au calme sur l’ île nord pas loin de la corderie. Nous espérons revenir.

Très agréable fin d’année dans une maison avec un séjour tourné vers le jardin. De belles soirées autour du poêle à bois ( un plus plus!!). Bonne literie Équipement de la cuisine à rajeunir ( vaisselle et accessoires)

Dès la traversée, le ton est donné: cap sur une nature magnifique car fleurie dans une île pittoresque, à l'écart du continent. Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir une semaine ensoleillée dans un cadre enchanteur: malgré l'affluence certaine, la maison se trouve à l'écart d'une allée de tilleuls, sur l'île Nord, dans un magnifique jardin soigné. l'habitation est fonctionnelle et chaleureuse (plusieurs bibliothèques différentes et de jolis tableaux personnels ont agrémenté notre séjour). De surcroît, nous avons été particulièrement touchés par la qualité de l'accueil, la discrète disponibilité et l'attention de Denis et Annegret, nos deux charmants hôtes. Enchantés par ce séjour, nous serions ravis de revenir sur Bréhat, chez Denis et Annegret, à un autre moment de l'année pour redécouvrir les charmes de cette île.

Quel séjour ! La propriété est magnifique et les hôtes fantastiques. Denis et Annegret ont rendu ce séjour unique par leur présence discrète et attentionnée, leurs conseils avisés et leur demeure au charme fou. We spent a magical week on ile de Brehat in this lovely house with a private garden. It was a great location and Denis and Anne were extremely helpful as hosts. We had a wonderful time cycling around the island discovering the beaches, and will try to return. A great house in a great location.

Tout est absolument fidèle aux photos, un logement très agréable et facile à prendre en main. Jardin magnifique: condensé de la flore locale, idéal pour observer la faune présente sur l'île. Accueil chaleureux des hôtes, et petit fond d'épicerie présent à l'arrivée: geste non négligeable très apprécié.

idéalement située hors du bourg tout en étant à 15mn à pied dans un écrin de verdure au calme absolu des propriétaires charmants qui nous ont donné leur bons plans notamment les légumes bio à côté : quelle saveur ! et quel concept on se sert et on paie dans la boite au lettre caisse en toute confiance une île magnifique sous un air iodé, des ruelles fleuries et des commerçants au top accueil ET DU SOLEIL TOUTE LA SEMAINE on reviendra !!

La maison est idéalement placée sur Bréhat, la propriété est vraiment très belle, avec tout le confort. Et les propriétaires sont vraiment adorables, et très à l'écoute pour que tout se passe bien. Nous avons passé un séjour parfait sur l'île, nous y reviendrons sans hésiter.

Nous avons passé de superbes vacances à Bréhat. La maison est un véritable cocon, le jardin est superbe et nos hôtes étaient aux petits soins :) NB : nous avons dû télétravailler 2 jours et le wifi fonctionne très bien !

Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine chez Denis et Annegret. On se sent immédiatement chez soi dans leur maison et le jardin à l’écart des sentiers battus permet d'apprécier le calme de l’ile : les oiseaux en nombre et peu craintifs ne s’y sont pas trompés !

Bonsoir, Nous avons passé un excellent séjour sur l'île de Bréhat! La location de Mr et Mme Marot est parfaite! C'est une jolie maison, spacieuse et très agréable à vivre! Nous y étions vraiment bien! L'environnement est charmant et nous avons été très bien accueillis par Catherine. Nous recommanderons cette location à nos amis et nous, c'est sûr, nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir! Merci beaucoup!!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans une maison chaleureuse et confortable. Nous étions à Bréhat dans le cadre du festival "les Insulaires" et malheureusement nous n'avons pu profiter pleinement de la propriété étant toute la journée en extérieur.
