This house of character, tastefully renovated, is located 300m from the beach and 600m from the forest of fir trees, in a quiet area.
It is perfect for couples and families with children.
The kitchen opens onto a living room with sofa bed The 25m2 room has two or three beds: A double bed in 140 and two single beds 90 (one drawer). A cot is also available. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. The house has a courtyard of 15m2. You have access to the whole house. The bikes stored in the courtyard are available.

Une organisation impeccable, maison trÚs propre, au calme, tout est prévu pour un séjour agréable malgré la pluie qui nous a contraints à rester à l'intérieur pendant ces deux jours. Christian, le propriétaire trÚs attentionné, une bouteille de vin nous attendait à notre arrivée. Ile à redécouvrir sous un ciel dégagé...

Mes amies et moi avons passé un agréable séjour dans la maison de Christian, la maison est conforme aux photos, elle est trÚs bien située. TrÚs bon accueil. Quelqu'un était présent pour nous accompagner au logement en voiture à notre arrivé ainsi qu'à notre retour ce qui était trÚs appréciable également. Je recommande. Louise

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans une charmante maison plein de goût , avec la plage juste à cÎté et situé entre les 2 villages. Par contre il serait bien de mettre une télé plus grande et une cloche pour le micro ondes.

TrĂšs bon accueil de ZoĂ© sur place, oĂč les vĂ©los nous attendaient. Un propriĂ©taire toujours soucieux du bien-ĂȘtre de ses locataires. Une "petite" maison de pĂȘcheur bien plus spacieuse qu'il n'y parait sur le site. ThĂ©, cafĂ©, sucre, huile, vinaigre... bien apprĂ©ciable quand on arrive. Situation gĂ©ographique parfaite : Ă  2 pas de la plage des Sapins et Ă  10mn Ă  vĂ©lo des commerces de Port-Joinville. Nous y avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour en famille avec, en plus, Ă  disposition, un trĂšs bon livre de nouvelles sur l'Ăźle d'Yeu Ă  ne pas manquer :)

Nous sommes ravis de notre passage dans cette charmante petite maison. Nous avons Ă©tĂ© trĂšs bien accueillis par ZoĂ© qui s’est rendue disponible pour nous accueillir Ă  notre arrivĂ©e et venir nous chercher . Elle a tout fait afin que tout se passe au mieux et a Ă©tĂ© charmante. Les vĂ©los Ă©taient en bon Ă©tat et nous ont permis de dĂ©couvrir l’ile. Le jour de notre dĂ©part Zoe nous a gentiment proposĂ© de garder nos affaires pour que nous puissions nous balader Ă  vĂ©lo avant de repartir ce qui nous a grandement rendu service! Bref nous sommes ravis et recommandons sans hĂ©siter cet hĂŽte.
