"THANK YOU FOR ALLOWING US TO ENJOY YOUR WONDERFUL APARTMENT AND YOUR BEAUTIFUL CITY. WE FOUND THE LOCATION TO BE TOO FAR AWAY FROM THE DOWNTOWN AREA. EVERY TIME WE HAD A DESTINATION, WE HAD TO TAKE A TAXI. WE DID FEEL VERY SAFE AS WE WALKED THE NEIGHBORHOOD AND ENJOY SHOPS AND RESTAURANTS NEARBY. THERE ARE MANY DIFFERENT CUISINES TO CHOOSE FROM WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE.CHECK IN STAFF MEMBERS WERE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. "The floor were dirty, I think they have not been mopped in a long time. Had to do that by myself. Otherwise the apartment was clean. The area was dangerous and you can’t walk at night there. Taxi driver told us that there are thiefs in the area. Customer service person got annyoed by me calling 2 times since I did not get in to the place. Logging in was not easy and the instructions did come at the time of checking in."
