Five attempts to use, orally ended in failure. However, our stay was exceptional and this did not ruin it at all. The staff, their behaviour & their professionalism made the stay a great one. "

"The hotel is conveniently located in the airport at Terminal 3. The staff is friendly and very helpful for checking in and out. The room was clean and comfortable. The beds are a little firmer than we are used to but are comfortable enough. We were there for one night so it was good.
