"Staff were excellent. Mounir at the bell desk was very helpful. Rooms were lovely too. Breakfast was fantastic. Two improvements required: The executive lounge was too small for what its designated for. We were flying out late in the evening but were told we couldn’t use the lounge facilities post checkout which was very disappointing and instead just sit in the lobby. If I was doing that again I would stay somewhere else as others allow use of facilities until later in the day."
