"I would give this hotel one star. The property is in very poor condition and appears to have been neglected for a long time. It was extremely disappointing. I booked this hotel based on the positive reviews, but I honestly don’t understand how it received such high ratings. The only positive aspects were the beautiful view from the balcony and the restaurant, as well as the good breakfast. I have no complaints about the breakfast. Unfortunately, the rooms and bathrooms were in terrible condition...

"Such a beautiful place surrounded with amazing nature, resort was out of this world, we were amazed how clean, modern, beautiful, spacious was it. Staff were friendly, food was delicious. Highly recommended"

"This was the cutest hotel I've ever stayed in. The rooms were perfect (although I could always be happier without a TV) and the setting was fantastic. Parking was free. The location is a little outside Dilijan town, so be prepared to walk or drive for lunch and dinner. "They didn't get my expedia reservations. They found a replacement. Unfortunately this was in a building that didn't seem finished. AC didn't work. It was beyond hot in the rooms. Staff was great, but these problems made a bad stay."
