"Great central location near the snowcastle and Sampo icebreaker starting point. The room was comfortable and spacious. Check in and access to the room were very easy and convenient even though I arrived very late at night. I was able to let myself into the building and my room."

In regards amenities, we had 2 rooms and they were clean and met our needs for our stay in Kemi. We also ate in the Bistro and found the service and food to be very good."

"Personnel pas accueillant, nous remettent nos clés sans explications du fonctionnement de l’igloo (comment mettre l’eau, les lumières, etc). On a dû trouver par nous même. Une fois l’eau mise, inondation sous l’évier, trempant tous nos bagages. Ne vaut absolument pas le prix. Déjeuner ok. Quand on va se renseigner, nous ignore totalement, ne se lève même pas pour voir ce que j’ai besoin. J’ai chercher la douche commune pendant 30 min car on me faisait juste un signe vers où aller mais m’ont pas expliquer que c’était avec le sauna et douche pas indiquer. Très décevant mais hutte mignonne. "
