"The staff was absolutely incredible, my whole experience at this property was great ! I checked in with Nikolay and he was the most patient, helpful and kind front desk person and the next day was this nice lady behind the desk , who let me keep my luggage in one of the meeting rooms after I checked out, so I can visit few museums before I leave! Breakfast was great , everything was so delicious and large variety of food as well, breakfast lady helpful and kind ! Just feeling lucky overall to find this place and will definitely go back any chance I got to spend in Sofia! Thank you Hotel Via Serdika !"

"A wonderfully unique experience. So much lovely art - everywhere! A very large and comfortable room (with a/c!!) I was only able to have the included breakfast one morning as my tours started too early, but I was very good and a lot of variety. I would definitely recommend to anyone who would like something a little off beat. Very easy to walk almost anywhere from the location."
