It was a very hot week, room temperature was unbearable. Service non existence. Food poor. Buildingand surroundings need fixing and cleaning. Pools, halls, buildings has nothing to do with web pictures. It would get 2 star billing as a motel. "

The door to the balcony in the room is broken and cannot be opened. There is no glass on the balcony, which makes it very cold. All day they promised to fix the problem. I went to the reception 3 times, asked to change the room, each time they promised to fix everything in 5 minutes, but they never did anything. The telephone at the reception is disconnected, the elevator does not work (the room was on the 5th floor). There is no water in the common pool and in the temple, so we were not allowed there. We lost several hours, checked out of the hotel, and were told through the app that the money would be returned. But the service was unable to contact them; their phone did not work.
