Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a pretty 40 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and two shower rooms. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor:
- 40 m² living room with TV, fireplace (wood supplied), sofas, dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bathroom with shower and WC

First floor:
- Bedroom 1: with 1 double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2 and 3 : with 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with shower and WC

Exterior:
- An enclosed outdoor space will be available from May 2025 (dates non-contractual), in front of the flat. It will have garden furniture and a barbecue.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.

The flat is ideally located in Ignaux, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll enjoy proximity to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the flat.

- Nearest airport: Toulouse, about 2 hours away
