"Great hotel, peaceful location, lovely pool and really friendly staff! Good proximity to beaches and restaurants (with a car). Rooms very spacious but the bathroom could do with a bit of modernising. Check out too early (although seems to be a trend in Italy) but doesn’t allow for a leisurely breakfast and check-out. The hotel was however a accommodating and granted us a bit longer! Would stay again. "

Con: The tap water is not potable and they don’t provide complimentary bottles in the room - all hotels I’ve stayed at provide basic water when tap water is not drinkable. We had to keep running to the grocery store nearby to buy bottles as hotel bottles were way too expensive. Pros: Fully equipped gym, and good spa and wellness services "

"We had a great time staying at this place for more than two weeks, which was made possible by an affordable price. Charming room in a 200 years old building in the center of Iglesias. Lots of history around. Excellent city vibe. Great dining options. 15 min from the closest beach. Very convenient if you are looking for a place to sleep and explore the island during the day. "This place should not be open because it is dilapidated, and the owners appear to have let it go and are lost interest. On arrival a woman who said she was not the owner showed us to our rooms. The rooms are basic but there were 2 geckos & spiders and cobwebs everywhere. Some of this would be fine as it is an agritourism and in the middle of fields, but the cobwebs is because the place is not clean! The outside space was all in a state of poor disrepair and the garden area was over grown and...

"Premetto che io normalmente sto a 21 gradi a casa mia, detto cio NON andate mai in inverno. 1) la proprietà scalda solo le stanze con il condizionatore ma dato che la casa è ghiacciata pareti e pavimento rilasciano un freddo che il condizionatore non riesce a compensare. 2) bagno in stanza ghiacciato perché la proprietà non accende il calorifero 3) area colazione a circa 13 gradi dato che la proprietà non accende riscaldamento della casa come detto sopra. 3) fa più freddo in casa che fuori...

Great stop on Sardinia trip
"On our 10 days trip on Sardinia,this was definitely the best stay. Giuseppe and his wife Jessica were the best hosts. Nothing seemed to be a problem for them. Giuseppe also organized great dinner for us in restaurant which we would not find on our own. The room itself was perfect. Clean and spacious with all amenities you could need. Cold water and juice in the fridge,coffee in the morning. The jacuzzi was just great. There is also a pool outside which you can enjoy in a very well maintained garden with a lot of sun and shadow underneath the trees. Parking is also provided. For a romantic stay a perfect spot."
