"We picked this hotel as we were driving through the Alps returning to Munich from Zermatt. It was a one night stay and unfortunately we did not know that the day of our check out was the day they close for a break before the winter season. "The location is closed to the main cable car station, just 3 mins walk. Very clean and comfortable. The design of the shower room is not very good, I have to put my clothes and towel outside the shower room otherwise all will get wet. I suggest the shower room should install a space for towel. "Considering that this is a budget hotel, Silvia, Marek and the entire team provided us with a maximum of attention and helped with nearly everything: extra breakfast wishes, flexible sauna hours, extra towels, adapter for the power outlets, activity and dinner planning, all was no problem and they made us feel welcome. A big plus was also, that we could walk to the ski slopes in less than 5 minutes - no need of bus or car. "

"This hotel was one of the best I have stayed in. The receptionist (blonde lady) spoke perfect English and was very helpful and friendly. The pool was open all day to 9pm, with a special child friendly time from 5-7 which my child adored, and it was very clean and modern. We parked in the garage underneath the hotel (for a fee) which you need your room card to gain access. This was safe and secure.
