"We stayed here for our 22nd wedding anniversary and upon checking in the receptionist guy told us that our room have been upgraded and me and husband are so pleased. We also had lunch at Land's end restaurant and the food and customer service was lovely and accommodating. Great stay in the hotel over all. "

While my name was being found she was keeping me company with chats about the last hotel. Also, the woman who gave me a an actual glass of ice. "Great hotel for visiting or exhibiting at Excel London. We parked in their parking area and didn't have to pay the normal Excel parking charges. Very helpful staff. Only weird thing was having to use the room card to make the lift work"
