"First I must say the staff were very professional and poilite. Our suite was not ready when it was check in at 12pm..it was ready after 2pm. The suite we booked was the one with the jetted tub, there was no jetted tub, just a large shower, that was disappointing but other than that the suite was very clean and tidy, the AC was working very well. We had housekeeping done daily. The breakfast was nice, had to tip the chefs... their service was great, no complaints there. The atmosphere around the hotel was good, live bands at the pool side, nice vibe... I would go back there for sure... We loved our stay."

"AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! I paid the full amount for 2 nights at this property only to get there and the executive room was giving out. after alot of argument, we finally got one only to be told we have to pay more money for the room due to exchange rate or some bull. They have a horrible customer service and extremely greedy managers. i wont touch that establishment again with a pole. "
