"It was very difficult to communicate air conditioning in the ground floor was poor and the two bedrooms there was none kitchen poorly equipped no wine glasses jug not working small oven with only two hot plates on top. Very steep driveway and taxis had problems finding the apartment inadequate linen and towels. The apartment not registered for local tourist tax witch can get you a 200 eu fine"

"The position of the house was perfect for us and it was a wonderful relaxing holiday. The hamlet was quiet with the taverna/shop only 2 minutes walk away for essentials. The 100 steps to the jetty was a nice walk and kept us fit. The garden had a lovely view of the bay. It was great for a beach holiday without sand getting everywhere. We were lucky enough to see dolphins less than 100 yards from the jetty. Snorkeling was great for looking at fish and we even saw an octopus. Even so, the water...

"Not only was this rental reasonable in price, it had plenty of space and spectacular views. Our host gave us everything we needed and answered any questions we had. He was very quick in responding! We had a rental car, and the apartment had space for parking and was just a short drive from Kotor. But it was also far enough out of Kotor that it was nice and calm and quiet. If I were to make it back to the Bay of Kotor, I would definitely consider staying here again!"

We parked our car in front of the house and did not need to deal with the traffic and parking challenges in Kotor. "Perast is the place to stay in the area. Incredibly enchanting town. The property was very quiet and has stunning bay views from small top floor window. Slept well in the comfortable beds. Negatives were: kitchen level was dark and smelled of mildew. We didnt cook so it wasnt too much of an issue. Also, the internet didnt work."

"Absolutely wonderful experience. To the people complaining about expensive bottles/minimum spend: that is ONLY at the Beach Club, which is only 1 of 3 levels, and the same as any Nikki Beach Club you go to in the world. Cabana, table service, loungers, etc. NOBODY will pressure you to spend money, but if you want that experience, it comes at a price. You get what you pay for. There are also free pools and beach. The restaurant is very fairly priced. The courtesy car provided by hotel is cheaper than any taxi. The price they are charging is very reasonable for what you get. It is a true 5 star hotel. The rooms are gorgeous, the staff is excellent. If possible, get a room facing the water/mountains, it was incredible. If you’re lucky enough to speak with the concierge, Nikola, he is probably your best resource for knowledge and attractions around Tivat and Kotor. He made our stay absolutely excellent, and took a lot of responsibility off us getting to and from our destinations. I have no complaints what so ever, and plan to return next year. Thank you Nikola, and thank you Nikki Beach."
