Staff were so friendly but we were surprised we had to carry our luggage up 3 flights of stairs. Our room was freezing. Another guest checked out and went to a different hotel because he was so cold. When we got to breakfast the second day there was no hot tea or hot water. We sat there for over 20 minutes and no one came to get our order or bring out tea. I really liked the people but I was a little disappointed overall.

Negative: Baño necesita reforma. no hay perchas para colgar la ropa, éramos 3 huéspedes y solo había una toalla.
