"Breakfast was great and the rooms were clean"

"The property was in a nice location but I had problems with the cleanliness. There was hair from past guests and I had to request a cleaning of the bathroom (especially the shower) when I arrived. I didn’t use any amenities but the pool deck was nicely setup and could be viewed from the elevators. Upon check out, I found out that I was charged $20 a day for parking. I wish that was explained at check in so I wouldn’t have been so surprised when I got my bill."

"We recently stayed at the Hyatt Place, and it was a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this hotel, nor would I stay here again. During our stay, the hotel was undergoing construction on the fifth and sixth floors, which meant the guest laundry was unavailable. Unfortunately, we were never informed of this in advance. The biggest issue was the lack of customer service. The front desk was often unattended, and whenever we tried calling whether from our room or from outside the...

"I had spent two nights at this hotel, and was very satisfied with my stay. The valet service was very accommodating and considerate with asking if I needed my car to be parked close by. The hotel staff was very nice. There weren't any issues with the room. I would definitely recommend this hotel."
